 Lewis Biggs

Chairman of the Organising Committee of IAPA. Lewis Biggs was Exhibitions Coordinator at Arnolfini, Bristol, 1979-1984, and Exhibitions Officer with the British Council Visual Arts Department until 1987. He was British Commis- sioner for the Sao Paulo Bienal in 1986. In 1987 he joined Tate, and was Director of Tate Liverpool from 1990 to 2000. In 1998 he became a founding Trustee, with James Moores and Jane Rankin Reid, of Liverpool Biennial, and has been Chief Execu- tive of the Biennial from 2000 to 2011.

 Jack Becker

Jack Becker is founder and executive director of Forecast Public Art, which was established in 1978. He is also the publisher of Public Art Review. Forecast Public Art is a nonprofit arts or- ganization based in St. Paul, Minnesota. As a public artist and program administrator, he specializes in projects that connect the ideas and energies of artists with the needs and the oppor- tunities of communities to create meaningful public art. Jack has organized more than 70 exhibitions, 50 publications, and numerous special events.

Raphael Chikukwa

Raphael Chikukwa was awarded the 2006 - 2007 Chevening Scholar and he holds an MA Curating Contemporary Design from Kingston University London. He is an independent curator for many years before joining the National Gallery of Zimba- bwe mid 2010 as it’s Chief Curator. He is the found- ing Zimbabwe Pavilion curator in 2010 - 2011 and he has curated the 1st Zimbabwe Pavilion in 2011 at the 54th Venice Biennale and the 2nd Zimbabwe Pavilion at the 55th Venice Biennale in 2013. He is also the founding coordinator of the 1st Zimbabwe curatorial workshop and forum that saw regional emerging and established curators exchange at the National Gallery of Zimbabwe in Bulawayo in 2013.

 
 

熊鹏翥 Hsiung, Peng-Chu

Graduated from Anthropology Institute / Museum Institute in the year of 1989.Currently is the CEO of Emperor art education foundation. Was a Preparato- ry office assistant researcher of the museum of world religions, and the director of the research team of Shun yi Taiwan aboriginal museum.
